This vacation home was totally renovated. The designers did an incredible job with it. The arcade game room is awesome. The home has 2 theaters - 1 inside and 1 poolside (You can watch movies or TV on the poolside theater while lounging in the pool!) Kids and adults love the themed bedrooms. And, the home backs up to a large pond with a great view. PLUS, the home is only a 5-minute walk to the Windsor At Westside clubhouse and water park. The large clubhouse has an exercise room, restaurant, bar, and arcade. The water park has a large zero entry pool, a kids splash pool, and a lazy river. There is also a volleyball court and tennis/pickle ball/basketball court. And, it's within 15-40 minutes from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, great restaurants and shopping, and the Orlando International Airport.

Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home. There is a rental cost to use. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?

4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
