Thank you for your excellent service. As someone who owns a service-based company, I believe no matter how beautiful a hotel is, what truly stands out is how people are treated and your team delivered on that.
We traveled with a service dog, and everyone, including housekeeping, was incredibly kind, respectful, and accommodating. That level of professionalism and warmth does not go unnoticed.
The only physical drawback during our stay was that the walls were extremely thin, and you could hear just about everything. While that affected comfort, I understand that’s not something the staff can control.
If it helps improve the experience in any way, I do want to mention a checkout issue. When I requested a simple receipt for our restaurant charge, the process became surprisingly drawn out. We were trying to get on the road, and what should have taken a quick moment turned into an extended back-and-forth explanation. There was repeated discussion about needing identification, policy details, and system limitations. I completely respect procedures and safeguards; however, the length and intensity of the explanation felt disproportionate to the request itself.
Time matters when guests are traveling. We had a schedule to keep, and standing there listening to the young man’s prolonged explanation for what seemed like a very straightforward request created unnecessary stress at the very end of an otherwise seamless stay.
