Relax and rejuvenate in this beautiful 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa in Orlando’s renowned Terra Verde Resort. The gated vacation resort is 10 minutes from Disney World, and roughly 15 minutes to SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions. Your upgraded south-facing house includes stylish and themed furnishings, a modern kitchen, smart TVs in all bedrooms, a private backyard, brand new high-end BBQ, pool and hot tub, and a lake view. Your villa also includes a private games room with pool table, air hockey, Xbox, two large smart TVs, and air conditioning throughout the property. This is the place you want for your family and friends on your Orlando vacation.

The Space: We welcome up to 14 guests.
• Open concept dining area with seating for eight and an archway overlooking the newly renovated kitchen, and ground floor bathroom and full laundry room.
• Spacious living room with comfortable seating with large-screen smart TV with surround sound.

• Upstairs floor features a balcony overlooking the high arched ceiling entrance.
• Three bedrooms, each with queen beds with mattress toppers, smart TVs, and closets.
• Two bedrooms with twin beds with mattress toppers, smart TVs, and closet, with one Disney Themed room. These rooms share a large full bathroom.
• The Games Room in the garage includes a pool table, air hockey, Xbox, two large TVs, and more.
• Incredible south-facing private backyard pool, hot tub, lake view and BBQ, and a retractable awning to provide guests with shade.
• Wi-Fi, high-end linens and towels are provided for you.
• Please note that since this is a vacation rental and not a hotel, you will be provided with a starter kit of toilet paper, garbage bags, and dishwasher soap, but are expected to provide your food, amenities, and cleaning products beyond what we provide.

My family and I came for vacation and to visit Universal Studios. Generally, the home could use a deep clean and refresh. I understand that things will not be perfect and don’t mind doing some cleaning. While we were doing our customary cleaning, we noticed a smell of urine coming from one of the upstairs bathroom and urine was on the toilet. We cleaned the toilet but still smelled urine. The master toilet seat was stained and several spots were peeling significantly and could not be thoroughly cleaned. All of the shower liners upstairs had some degree of mildew. The last significant issue was the WiFi did not work and therefore the 1st floor Master tv did not work. Within approximately 45 minutes of our arrival , I notified Daphne of the issues. She responded fairly quickly and stated she would have them replaced and asked That I unplug and restart modem. The next morning, I reached out to Daphne to update her and get a timeframe that the items would be replaced. Some hours later, she responded saying she was working on the issue and asked that I send pictures.I was confused but sent pics. Daphne did not respond until the following day(Day3/5) of our vacation. She stated she did not see anything wrong in the pictures. At that point, I ended discussions. Nothing was ever resolved. There were other issues, I did not mention including shower not draining until my 76yo dad plunged it. Hopefully Daphne will do better in the future.

Family Reunion 2025

43 of us stayed in four different homes in Terra Verde. Our family of 16 stayed in the 7 bedroom home listed here. It could not have worked out any better. Great location, house was just what was advertised and suited our crew perfectly. Every aspect of the rental was just as you might hope. Clean, well maintained and surprisingly quiet even with a large group. Excellent experience. We would return in a heartbeat.

Disney area fun house

The game room and the screened in pool area were a great hit for children (age 4 to 16), their parents (two couples) and the grandparents (70’s). We played pool, PacMan, and Foosball. We swam morning noon and night. We watched movies on the big screen TV. The parent, who included professional chefs fed us all well. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, bar and miniature golf at the club house. We had enough bedrooms for 6 adults and 6 children. Planning to return next year.

Disney Family Vacation

Our family of 13 spent 9 wonderful days at this Kissimmee, Florida property over the Christmas/New Years period. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities of the house and community and managed to visit all 4 major Disney theme parks.

FAMILY VACATION

We enjoyed our time at the home. It was quite lovely and clean. The home is spacious and can accommodate a large family. The location was excellent. Athena was also helpful and attentive. Great vacation!

8 night stay July 2023 - Group of 13

Pros: Location, house & pool was the best! 3 families with 5 adults and 8 kids under 14 years old. Kids enjoyed picking their rooms, the pool table in the game room and of course swimming and bbqing. Great communication before the stay with detailed information. Walmart is within 3 miles so close to groceries. We went to DisneyWorld & Universal Studios, all within 20 minute drive. Cons: Paid for hot tub & heated pool and hot tub didn’t work. Daily communication with host, she did end up refunding half. Not 100% sure look was heated, water felt the same temperature at club house pool. If you visit in summer, no need for heated pool. I understand the summer is when bugs infest, but there were tiny bugs on the top side of the stove. Didn’t bother us to much because we didn’t see it spread, but be careful if cooking and leaving a pot topless. Overall, house was well kept with extra towels, washer & dryer. AC was colder upstairs than downstairs but was comfortable. Can’t beat location. Clubhouse had a pool, volleyball & a bar with food. Was my first ever air b&b and can’t beat the price and comfort for all 13 of us.

Just Like Home

The property was very neat and clean. It was just as the listing described it to be. But the surprise was that it was way more than we expected. There always ads that say one thing and you get another. This list was on point about everything. Close to the parks, shopping, restaurants and night life of the area. The home hot tub and pool were used daily. We also used the amenities of the resort's clubhouse as well. Pool, B-Ball court, suna and and the day room after our group eveningwalk aroundtheneighborhood. Although we went to a couple of parks, it was refreshing to not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of Disney by staying at the resort. Will do over when we come back to central Florida

Nice property

Great family oriented property!

This property was perfect for the family that doesn't want to spend their entire vacation doing 'touristy' things. We had younger children with us and knew they could not handle activities every day of the vacation. Having this property more than helped to keep them entertained. There were a couple times that we were out at the parks and the kids just wanted to go back to the house to swim and play. We had plenty of space and any time we had questions about the property they were answered and resolved very timely.

Dishonest owner, who is not afraid to take your deposit.

Stayed in the property for a week, Spend most of the time at Universal Studios the owner claimed that I threw a party which never happened also suggested that I damaged multiple items through out the property. Which never happened. Before leaving the property I cleaned leaving it in the manner which it was found. Within a few hour of my checkout my security deposit and much more was charged to my credit card without providing prior valid estimates and proof.

Better Than 5-Star

If I could give more stars, I would. The house was amazing and clean. It felt like a home. The check-in process was super easy. My favorite part was how easy it was to communicate with the host and how communication and instructions were clear and responded to quickly. An amazing experience!
