-Optional pool heat is $40 per day plus tax and it is recommended from November through April.

- Packages may be shipped directly to the home address. Please arrange deliveries for times when you are home, as we are unable to store or handle packages. If a package is mistakenly addressed to the clubhouse, or if no one is available to receive it, the resort will charge a $20 handling fee, payable at the Front Desk. USPS does not deliver to the property, though Amazon typically delivers directly to the front door. Please kindly note that we cannot accept liability for mail or packages.

- Please note that trailers are not permitted within the resort community
- Refund Policy: No payment is required 30 days before check in. Cancellation policy applies within 30 days before arrival.

Pool heat is recommended from November through April. Please let us know a few days before your reservation. It takes hours to heat the pool and we will schedule it before your arrival.

No commericial vehicles, RV`s, trailers, ATVs, and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. Towing not allowed
NO SMOKING or any other smoking-like-activities in the house.
$1000 fine for smoking plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.
