The communication with Lynn was amazing from a host who lives out of the country. She always answered within minutes of my messages. From initial booking to checkin, advice on things to do while in town with website links attached and after checkout as well! The house was beautiful and clean! I have rented many houses in the area over the years and this is the only one that I wanted to leave a review for. Here are some things that seem small but can make a trip…We never ran out of hot water and had great water pressure. Many homes we have rented either the hot water ran out after just two showers or the water was only lukewarm. When 8 ppl need showers and usually at the same time this makes a big difference!We paid to have the pool heated and for once the water actually got warmer and the hot tub got hot! My kids swam every night. So many times I have paid to have pools heated at other homes and the water was still cold and the hot tub was tepid. Our pool nights here were so enjoyable.Towels, wash towels and pool towels were plentiful! 8 ppl for 10 days and sometimes 2 showers a day that adds up lol I have learned from past houses to bring extra towels from home because you usually have two towel sets per bedroom. This house had 4 or 5 sets per room. I never had to even use my towels from home!The beds were great with plenty of pillows and down comforters. Having a good mattress to sleep on while on vacation was great! We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!
