Do your research!!

We have stayed at many VRBOS and I can say this was the worst one we have stayed at. The property managers do not respond to any communication. We had to call to get check in instructions hours before. This is an 8 bedroom house and the hot water only works for 6 minutes so good luck getting a shower. We sent a message to the managers and no response. The carpet and floors are filthy, there is absolutely no extra of anything you may need. They don’t provide pool towels and You are not allowed to use the community areas. The pool was so full of leaves and there was no net there to clean it. The overall smell of the house was not good either. This is basically a place to land and sleep not comfortable and welcoming at all. They do have some fun rundown games in the garage.

Great stay with some minor issues.

We had a total of 9 people stay here, 2 families. All kids had their own rooms/bathrooms as did the parents. It was nice and clean and well maintained. The pool was smaller but it did the trick. The location was convenient for Disney/Universal and other activities. Orlando traffic is terrible pretty much everywhere so leave plenty of time. The few cons are; The house can hold 18 guests easy but there was only an 8” & 10” pan for cooking. We had to buy a pan just to be able to cook breakfast. There is also no cooking supplies (salt/pepper, spray oil, etc). We asked for the pool to be heated and they turned it up to 97F. It was WAY to hot. When we asked to have it turned off they still charged us for the whole week. There is also a lot of highway noise when sitting at the pool. The theater room is set up only for DVD movies and not live TV. Except there are no DVDs and I don’t generally travel with any. Overall this is a great place to stay for multi families or a large group. Be prepared to buy a lot of extra kitchen supplies if you intend to do any cooking on site.

Great Vacation Home

The property was great and there was plenty of room and entertainment space for everyone. The property manager addressed my concerns quickly. It was a great stay overall. I will definitely book again in the future.

Would rent again

We absolutely loved this property! It was clean, great location and secure. We are so glad that we paid the extra for the grill and heated pool. We grilled most of our dinners and spent most of our time in the pool or jacuzzi. The location is great. Close to many things - grocery stores, Target, shopping centers. It was easy to get to events in Orlando and near by activities. My family all agreed - one of our best vacations! 100% we would rent again!

Outdoor lighting

I paid extra for the heated pool being it get a cool at night. The problem was the outdoor lighting was not working and I could not get in the pool after 6 pm because it was to dark. I notified the number to call on Friday and no one came to fix. I called back on Saturday and no one came. Finally on Sunday after calling again they came. I feel like I should have been refunded the heated pool expense.

I wanted to stay an extra day but the office is closed. No one to call. Also the pool outside had a light that was out I called they said they would have maintenance fix but they never did. We also found a big snake in the pool.

Nice stay

We had a nice stay. The property management company was very nice and easy to work with. Just of note, the oven cooks slow. Start cooking early. There are two refrigerators and two dishwashers which is helpful for large groups. Unless its in the dead of summer I'd recommend paying to have the pool heated. While I enjoyed the house, it does have small worms (yes worms).

My stay

We couldn’t have movie night the first night as we planned Bc The Movie room wasn’t set up. Had to have someone come out the second day of my stay to connect everything. That was a hassle. Everything else was fine. House was amazing and beautiful.

Nice comfortable stay for a large group

The property was very nice and clean. It was perfect for myself and my friends. We had some problems with the air upstairs but they were able to fix it the following day. It gets very warm downstairs throughout the night. I would suggest putting fans in the bedrooms. We couldn't get the projector to play upstairs. One of the biggest problems we had were these worms that we constantly see inside the. house, pool, and in the pool. That was the most annoying part of the stay. Other than that everything was great.
