First we walked into a house that was not clean. The kitchen had crumbs on the floor. Someone left a make up brush on the step. The door was broken to the outside area to go out to the pool. The carpets upstairs had throw up stains all on the carpets in the bedrooms and fecal spots behind the side of the bed. And throw up stains all down the hallway. It was not sanitary. After contacting the place they told us they didn’t have another house for us to stay out so basically we had no other choice.They would not get back to us about It even after we called Expedia to explain that the house contact was not answering our calls they intervened and said they also could not get ahold of the company. We ended up waiting around not unpacked for hours because we didn’t know what to do. We have 6 kids and couldn’t just book a hotel. I had to run to Walmart get cleaning supplies to clean and sanitize the place with Lysol and Clorox. Before we could even unpack. They finally got back to us and said they were going to send someone out to do the carpets which were still stained even after the cleaners. They offered us a late check out for the inconvenience. Which we couldn’t use so we asked for other compensations and was told no. Expedia were the only helpful ones ! I will continue to go through them but would never rent from this place again because of bad conmunication and walking into a dirty home that no one wanted to even stay in because none of us wanted to get sick. Awful!
