The Space:

With inviting spaces for both quiet moments and shared experiences, this home offers a comfortable base for your Kissimmee stay.
Sleeping arrangements
Seven bedrooms provide room for your group to spread out. On the main floor, a bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom offers convenient access. Upstairs, you will find four additional rooms with king beds, including two with ensuite bathrooms, along with two bedrooms featuring twin beds connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom.
Indoor living
The expansive living areas create space to settle in and reconnect. A family room with a flat screen TV invites movie nights or casual lounging, while a second living area and a dedicated movie theater room give everyone room to enjoy their own pace. A game room offers another gathering spot, and the free washer and dryer add everyday convenience. Throughout the home, essentials such as bed linens, towels, and a dedicated workspace help support longer stays or multigenerational trips.
Kitchen and dining
The large full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and the room you need to prepare meals together. Two indoor dining areas make it easy to share breakfast before heading out or enjoy a relaxed dinner after a day at the Solara Resort facilities.
Outdoor living
A private outdoor oasis awaits with a heated pool and hot tub that can be enjoyed in Florida’s consistent climate year-round. The patio and outdoor furniture create a comfortable spot for conversation or a peaceful break in the middle of the day. A BBQ grill provides another option for easy meals and time outside.

Set within Solara Resort, the home offers access to a range of resort features, including an expansive water complex and a grand clubhouse. Guests can experience the wave simulator, splash pad, sports courts, and a large fitness center. When it is time to unwind, the ice-cream parlor and bar at the clubhouse offer a relaxed place to pause between activities.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.
Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (1) spot designated in the driveway but you can park in the parking lot adjacent to the property.
The Neighborhood:
The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool.
Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can workout in the large fitness center at the clubhouse.
At the end of the day, you might find your teens at the teen hangout center where they have already made new friends. If they’re not ready to leave just yet, that’s fine too; hungry tummies will soon find their way over to the bar & grill where you’re already chilling with a drink.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a front door bell camera and another camera pointing to the driveway.
