• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.

• Please be advised of the following holiday schedule for Bellavida Clubhouse & Pool: On Dec 24 (Christmas Eve) hours will be 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, the facility will be closed on Dec 25 (Christmas Day), normal hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM) will resume on Dec 26, and on Dec 31 (New Year’s Eve) the clubhouse and pool will be open 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.



Additional Services:

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is an additional cost an must be arranged ahead of time.
