Osceola Pkwy. and FL535 which gives direct access to I-4, International Drive, Central Florida GreeneWay, World Center Dr., N. Poinciana Blvd., and US192. The upper floor reveals a spacious main master bedroom with a KingSize bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 offers a cozy QueenSize bed, while Bedroom 4 features a delightful Mickey theme with two FullSize beds. Bedroom 5, adorned with an Avengers theme, also includes two FullSize beds. A shared bathroom, along with a convenient washer/dryer area, complete this floor's layout.

This property is professionally cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. All high-touch surfaces are disinfected, and the unit is stocked with new essentials for your arrival. Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with professional-grade disinfectant, and all linens are washed with bleach and soap at high temperatures. Our cleaning team wears gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process, ensuring a safe environment for your stay.

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
