🚗 PARKING: Parking for 3 cars in front of the house. Commercial vehicles, trailers, and RVs are not allowed at Encore Reunion. Street parking is not permitted. Cars parked in restricted areas may be towed at the owner’s expense.

COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS:

🎁 WELCOME KIT: Upon arrival, guests will find 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap, and 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. In the kitchen: 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher detergent packets, and 1 paper towel roll. In the laundry: 2 laundry detergent packets are provided. Please note: washcloths are not provided for hygiene reasons.
TOWELS & BED LINENS: Each bathroom is equipped with bath towels and hand towels for the number of guests the house accommodates. All beds come with sheets, comforters, and pillows.

CHECK-IN: Drivers staying at the property must provide full name at least 48 hours prior to check-in in order  to be registered at the gate and access the community via QR Code. We are not responsible for guests unable to enter the community due to failure to provide names in advance.

POOL HEATER: The pool heater operates through a heat exchange system and may not work effectively near freezing temperatures. Pool heating is optional and available at most properties for an additional fee of $35 USD per night, requiring a minimum of 3 consecutive days with 2 days’ notice in advance. Requests made after 3:00 PM will take effect the following day. It may take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the set temperature of 85F–90F. No refunds will be issued for pool heating due to weather conditions.

BBQ USAGE: A flat fee of $75.00 covers the entire stay for BBQ use, including cleaning after checkout and propane refill. If propane runs out during the stay, it is the guest’s responsibility to replace it.

🚭 SMOKING / VAPING: Smoking or vaping inside or around the house, including patios, is strictly prohibited. A minimum fee of $400 will be charged if smoking is detected.

🎉 PARTIES: Parties are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by Best Price Vacation Homes. Unauthorized events will result in an $800 fine and immediate termination of the rental agreement.

🐾 PET POLICY: Pets are NOT allowed. A non-refundable fee of $500 per pet will be charged for unauthorized animals, along with any damage costs.

🧹CLEANING SERVICE: No daily cleaning service is included in the rental fee.

Before check-in, the unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Clean linens and towels will be provided. Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.

RESERVATIONS OVER 28 DAYS: For stays longer than 28 days, the guest will be required to pay for an additional cleaning service, which will be performed after 15 days of stay to ensure the property’s upkeep.

🗑️ TRASH DISPOSAL: Put trash in bags and dispose of them in the trash can in front of the elevator. Do not accumulate trash inside the house upon checkout, as this may result in a fine for excess trash.

🚫 FURNITURE & DECORATIONS: Do not remove or relocate furniture and decorations without prior approval, as this may result in a fine.

🎒 PERSONAL BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items.

📦 ONLINE PURCHASES: We are not responsible for issues with online orders delivered to the property.
USPS does NOT deliver to vacation homes — packages will be returned to sender.

Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver to vacation homes. Some resorts may charge fees for receiving packages, and others may not accept deliveries.

COMMUNICATION: Our main form of communication with guests is through messages on the booking platform.
