Only 8 miles from Walt Disney World & 12 miles from Universal Studios, This Colorful Disney & Universal Inspired Theme Home is set up for families & executives alike. Located close to shopping, dining, restaurants & attractions but in a beautifully landscaped, peaceful gated community with more amenities than most hotels & timeshares. Our home is nestled in a cul-de-sac, boasts a private (heated!) screened pool & backs up to a quiet conservation area.

Welcome to the Fairytales Can Come True home! We acquired this successful short term rental home from a family of artists and contractors that did an amazing job creating a theme home that has a combination of Disney + Universal favorites! As new owners we plan to add as much value as we can to the property to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. A master bedroom straight out of Cinderella’s castle with faux boxwood hedge canopy, king pillow top bed, Cinderella castle artwork and mural, ensuite bath with shower. Our hall bath has a minion theme, updated fixtures and a tub/shower combo. The Bunkbed room has a fun Toy Story theme mirrored after Andy’s Bedroom! Cloud mural, kids craft table, toys for the kids, hidden green army men, woody, buzz and the crew around the room and a closet full of costumes for kids of all ages. The twin bedroom has two twin beds designed around Thing One and Thing Two from The Cat In The Hat! Murals with Truffula Trees, The Lorax, Oh the Places You’ll Go Balloon and even The Cat in The Hat himself. Our Hallway leading downstairs features a nod to our Star Wars loving guests with a galactic battle taking place leading down to our minion mural banister. Our ground floor bedroom features a queen pillow top mattress surrounded by a cloud mural featuring Peter, Wendy, John and Michael flying over London and Big Ben! The Ground Floor Bath is a vintage Mickey theme with tub/shower combo. Our Washer and Dryer are on the first floor tucked into "Diagon Alley". Our open concept living space works perfectly for a large family or group. We have decorated our entry hall to be reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland and our living filled with vintage Disney posters then transition into our dining and kitchen inspired by Harry Potter. You'll find a 9 3/4 platform to Hogwarts, our dining “hall” has our very own “fat Lady” inquiring after your password and our kitchen is inspired by the “Leaky Cauldron” pub with pub sign, trellis cabinets, stainless range and refrigerator, marauders map wallpaper and Harry Potter decor. Enter into Diagon Alley and you’ll find our downstairs Peter Pan Bedroom and our Mickey Inspired bathroom, Our Diagon and Knockturn Alley have Borgin and Burkes as well as Flourish and Blotts, Owlpost and the apothecary shoppe fronts. Comfort is very important to our family and our living space has a Large leather sectional sofa, wall mounted flat screen tv with Roku (we offer Disney, MAX, and Netflix on us), tongue and groove cedar ceiling, brick wall accent, refinished kitchen cabinets with large fixtures with led Edison bulbs, vintage Disney movie posters, small murals and Disney quotes hidden throughout, fun touches for your family to discover! We have a large dining table with room to play games ( we have a few of our favorites there including uno and Disney pictopia!) and a 10 ft glass slider opens up to our gorgeous screened lanai with private heated pool with a subtle nod to Jurassic Park

An easy 4 minute walk to the Community Clubhouse with outdoor amenities such as a Heated Pool, Hot tub, Tiki Bar, Playground, Volleyball Net, Mini Golf, Outdoor Table Tennis, Tennis Court, Shuffleboard, Basketball Court, Adults Only Private Veranda, Hammock Hangout next to the 3-acre Stocked Fishing Lake, Indoor Movie Theater, Business Center, Fitness Center, Concierge Desk with Postal Facilities, Game Room with Arcades, Air Hockey & Pool Table, a Meeting Room & Lounge Area.

Our pool heater is available to guests for a $30/day fee and is kept between at 89 degrees. Please let us know if you’d like to pay for this additional feature and we will have the heater on for your stay!

Fun Extras we provide are fishing poles, table tennis rackets & balls, pool toys & floats, pool towels, two Pack'n'Play Cribs, Portable High Chair, Stationary High Chair, Pool Child Gate & Baby Gate for Stairs. We have two umbrella strollers, rain covers, changing pad, bath seat, kids toys and games, over 40 children’s books and a huge collection of Disney and universal dress up costumes for boys and girls of all ages!

For those who (sadly) must work while on your vacation rest assured we have you covered. We have 2 HD 27in monitors with power cords and HDMI cables, 1 wireless keyboard and mouse combo, and a smart power strip. Just let us know if you would like access to them before your stay.

Other things to note
We are a Child Friendly Home & provide many kid essentials. There are Stairs & a Pool, Hard Edges on Furniture & Home Finishes, Bunk Beds & Electronics...We ask that guests be responsible for the safety of their child as they would in their own home. Thank You.

***We are very strict on our number of guests. Our guest limit is 9 including children. If you exceed this guest limit without our knowledge there will be an additional fee of $100/per guest per night as a penalty

* Holiday Bookings for Thanksgiving, Christmas & Easter are a 4 day minimum reservation.

This is a gated community and the HOA has implemented a new (as of Feb 1, 2024) gate pass fee. It is a non refundable $25 fee per gate pass which allows gate entry through the fast lane rather than checking in with the gate each time. It is a single gate pass, and can be used for every vehicle but not simultaneously, please inquire if you have any questions.
