Located in the heart of Kissimmee, this charming home offers easy access to world-class theme parks like Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Spend the day at the parks and then retreat to your own private oasis, where you can relax by the pool or take a leisurely stroll to the nearby resort amenities.



Sleeping arrangements:

This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Each room offers plenty of space and comfort to ensure everyone gets a good night's rest. The downstairs master bedroom features a king-sized bed, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Upstairs, you'll find a king bed, with an ensuite bathroom, as well as two full-size beds and two twin beds, ideal for kids or additional guests.



Outdoor Living:

Enjoy Florida’s beautiful weather all year round with a private pool, ideal for a refreshing swim or relaxing in the sun. If you're feeling extra cozy, you can opt to heat the pool and enjoy year-round comfort. The outdoor area also features loungers, perfect for kicking back while sipping a cold drink, and a BBQ area to grill your favorite meals.



Kitchen & Dining:

Prepare meals with ease in the spacious kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, microwave, and all the cooking basics you might need. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a family dinner, you'll find everything you need. Enjoy your meals in the bright and airy dining area or take them outdoors for al fresco dining.

Please note: We provide the grill, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed.

The Neighborhood:

Located right in the heart of Kissimmee. Nestled near the ever-so-beloved Walt Disney World, as well as SeaWolrd Orlando and Universal Studios.



Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to everything from fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations all within a short distance drive. The community clubhouse offers a community swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf.



Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around and explore Orlando/Kissimmee. You'll have free designated parking when booking our property.



Up to (2) cars can park in front of the unit in parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.

If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
