The Space:
This grand home is perfect for a family or group traveling to the vacation capital of the world to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. Located in a gated resort community called Emerald Island Resort and offers beautiful scenic grounds and nature trails, a clubhouse, and a range of amenities for the entire family.
The main spaces of this 2,881 sq ft two-story home:
- Luminous OPEN-PLAN living space with high ceilings, a large sofa, and a 50” HDTV SMART TV with ROKU and standard cable for a fantastic way to spend time downtime at home together. Plus, direct access from here to the back patio and enclosed pool area.
- A large PATIO with a PRIVATE POOL, OVERFLOW SPA & a COVERED DINING and LOUNGING area. It’s all screened in to keep the critters out, and it’s a great place to connect with nature, relax, and enjoy the pool and have family time.
- There’s a nice big DINING TABLE inside that seats 8 comfortably for a formal and relaxed sit-down meal at home (also a great money saver with a big family!)
- There’s a SITTING ROOM just off the front foyer for after-dinner chats and cocktails to digest a big meal.
- A FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with quality appliances and cookware to prepare any meal at home. You’ll have the essential extras, too, like a COFFEE MAKER for your morning perk-ups, a BLENDER for afternoon beverages, and a DISHWASHER to clean it all up!
- There’s a little KITCHEN TABLE too for informal meals or to help prep for cooking. Can even be a card or games table for a fun night in, or maybe work on your laptop if needed.
- There are 7 BEDROOMS, some have cool themes like Star Wars and Minions that are a big hit with the kids, 4 FULL BATHROOMS & a HALF BATH to accommodate 14 guests as such:

Emerald Island Resort is a gated resort community surrounded by a 300-acre conservation area with 11 acres of a heavily wooded area right in the middle of the community and a perimeter of scenic lakes. You’ll feel as if you have entered a special preserve. There are walking trails within the community as well to get in and bond with nature!
The home is conveniently located near major superstores such as Target, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls, yet this “island” serves as a little relaxing haven away from the rest of the world.
Guests of Emerald Island can utilize all the facilities provided within the resort, which includes the clubhouse, two heated community pools and spas, indoor sauna, tiki bar, fitness center, sports courts, children’s play areas, and family-fun spaces like a game room/arcade.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay. You’ll also get access to the resort amenities and the clubhouse.
Guests are required to obtain an access card at the Emerald Island Resort Clubhouse upon arrival. It’s $20 dollars (cash) per vehicle, non-refundable, and it’s required in order to access the Clubhouse facilities.
Each vehicle must have its own access card. Any visitors must be registered with the clubhouse also.

The home is inside the resort community of Emerald Island, where you’ll have amazing activities and resort-style amenities such as:
- A clubhouse with 2 heated pools/whirlpool spas, a tiki bar, a sauna, a gym, various sports courts, an arcade & nature trails.
- 300-acre conservation area with 11 acres of a heavily wooded area in the center surrounded by scenic lakes.
- The resort is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants for dinner or an adult night out. Many shopping options and outlet malls too.
- Great golfing in the area like Orange Lake Golf Club.

The home is about 26 miles (approx. 30 minutes) from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Emerald Island Resort gated resort community. Driving times vary during different times of the day, so it’s best to consult your mobile map app for the time it will take to and from the airport.

Important things to know before booking with us:
The home is two-story, and guests will need to climb stairs to reach bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
Baby safe gates, Pack-n-Play travel crib, and high chair are also available at the home.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, trash bags in all trash cans and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. These items are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to buy more. Any other items you need will have to be purchased and brought in or packed with you (like shampoo, conditioner, etc.).
The pool at the home can be heated for an extra charge. If you’d like it heated, please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in, as it takes time to fully heat the pool.
A BBQ grill with a new gas propane tank is available for use for an additional fee.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, sugar, cooking oil, etc., prior to check-in. You’ll need to pick these up at the supermarket if you intend to cook at home.
Please use the trash bins in the property to dispose of all trash, including cardboard boxes. Please discard trash daily and upon checkout. Trash must be tied up in 13-gallon (or larger) plastic garbage bags. PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE OF LOOSE TRASH! IT MUST ALWAYS BE SECURED OR IT WILL NOT GET PICKED UP AND THERE IS A $150 FINE. (You'll find trash bags in the kitchen closet. Additional trash bags are available for purchase in the clubhouse's sundries shop or a supermarket). The raccoon strip on the outside canister must always be secured.
Any excessive trash that does not fit in the proper bags must be taken out to the large trash compactor on Hidden Grove Rd. next to the tennis court. For much larger items, a trash compactor is available in Phase 1 of Emerald Island.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There are exterior surveillance cameras at the home for security reasons and to ensure guest safety.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the keypad. All access codes and check-in instructions will be provided within 24 hours of your arrival.
