(Home does have a pack and play for guests use.)

Guest Access:
IMPORTANT - The resort HOA requires one (1) access card per guest vehicle at a cost of $20 per card with a maximum of six (6) vehicles allowed per property. Day visitors do not require access cards. EV Stations available for resort guests

Location Emerald Island Resort is located less than 5 miles from Disney property. Less than 5 minutes away, visit Sunset Walk and browse the wonderful shops and restaurants. Also 5 minutes away visit the Island H2O Water Park Take a break from the rollercoasters and visit Kissimmee Lakefront Park where alligators, birds, turtles and fish flourish. Spend the day in the 10-acre walking district, Old Town, perusing the shops, dining at restaurants or enjoying family-friendly amusements. Watch the streets come alive on Fridays and Saturdays while admiring the parade of hot rods, street rods and antiques. Orlando has it all; Amusement Parks, Water Parks, Great Food, Shopping Outlets, Wildlife, Golf, and so much more.

Other Things to Note:
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.
2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.
3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.
4. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.
5. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.
6. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.
7. This will be a self-catering house.
8. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book this vacation rental.
