Welcome to our cozy and fun 2-bedroom, 2-bath bungalow in the heart of Kissimmee, perfectly located just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO), and 5 minutes from Old Town and Fun Spot. Our home offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and resort-style living, making it perfect for families, couples, friends, and business travelers. Guests enjoy full private access to the entire home, including a fully equipped kitchen, open-concept living and dining area, comfortable bedrooms with Smart TVs, and extra sleeping space with a queen air mattress provided.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, 42” Smart TV, spacious layout, and relaxing ambiance, while the second bedroom offers a full-size bed with a 32” Smart TV, ideal for additional guests or children. The living area is bright and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and essentials, allowing you to prepare meals with ease.

Guests also have access to wonderful community amenities, including a sparkling swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, fully equipped fitness center, and business center. Parking is available on-site with a required community registration system (ParkM). We offer complimentary registration for one vehicle when details are submitted at least 2–3 hours before 4:00 PM check-in, or guests may self-register for approximately $5 per night. Please note that only registered vehicles are allowed, and unregistered vehicles may be subject to towing.

Our location provides quick access to everything Orlando has to offer, including Disney parks, shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores like Publix and Walmart, and entertainment options along International Drive. Everything you need is just minutes away for a stress-free stay.

We respect your privacy but are always available to assist you through the booking platform if needed. This is a self-check-in property, ensuring a smooth and convenient arrival. For longer stays, we offer optional mid-stay cleaning for $80 with advance notice, including light cleaning, trash removal, and linen refresh.

For special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries, we are happy to arrange custom setups upon request. Please note that for security reasons, we do not accept mail or package deliveries to the property, and guests should use alternative pickup locations.
