Bright, modern and so inviting this home is new to the rental market as of 2024; everything is brand new.
This private home is located minutes to the amusement parks and championship golf courses with easy access to restaurants and shopping. You are 10 minutes to Disney Animal Kingdom, 15 minutes to the Disney Magic Kingdom and Walmart is a 3-minute drive.
Meticulous to detail the modern decor is soothing with playful pops of color which make it a great home for vacations with family, kids or friends traveling together. The kitchen and dining area easily accommodate 10 guests. Gather by the pool and there is covered seating for six and two chase lounges. The master and ensuite rooms both offer queen beds each with its own private bathroom. The master has a walk in shower and garden tub. The bunk beds are sturdy and equipped with 200lb mattresses. The full/twin bunk bed is ideal for teens and comfortable for adults. The cozy living room is perfect for hanging out with family and friends and watching movies. Walk through the large sliding doors to the sparkling south-facing heated pool and spa. You’ll love the look of the new plaster finish and the gentle feel of the salt water system. There are many outdoor activities including basketball and tennis; the home is in close proximity to the community playground and walking paths. Pack light, because you have a private washer and gas dryer.
A cleaning fee (see pricing) and $900 REFUNDABLE security deposit will be applied (per booking channel polices) to your reservation at the time of booking.
Check-out is promptly at the specified time. Late check-outs are subject to the "Late Check-out Fee Schedule" and accrue in 15min increments; these fees may be held and applied from the security damage deposit.
*Check-out dates that fall on U.S. legal holidays are subject to a $300 cleaning fee.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire home including the private salt water pool/spa, garage and yard. You also have complimentary access the community amenities: basketball and tennis courts; the home is in close proximity to the community playground with swing set, soccer net and walking paths. Please bring your own sporting equipment.
Guests do NOT have access to the locked owner's closet; the inside of the closet is monitored. The exterior side and front entrance of the home is video monitored and includes a smart lock for self-check-in.

Located in a much sought after, monitored community of Indian Creek, this house is ideally located close to Walmart, restaurants, entertainment and the Disney parks. The close proximity to the play ground just around the corner is ideal. It offers swings, a play-set and full size soccer net. The property offers free tennis and basketball court usage. Fish in the near-by pond or enjoy running or walking the paths near the pond. Located in a much sought after monitored community this house is ideally located close to Walmart, restaurants, entertainment and the Disney parks. The home is immaculately maintained and is professional cleaned; we use bleach and steam to clean and disinfect the home. Our property manager and cleaning staff take pride in offering you the best service possible.
Getting Around:
Indian Creek is a relatively quiet video monitored community composed of vacation rentals and permanent residents. Most guests rent a car but taxi and uber service is available. There is ample parking with two in driveway spaces and lots of free street parking.
Other Things to Note:
Subject to your booking channel, terms & conditions, a $900 REFUNDABLE damage deposit maybe collected or held via credit card. For Airbnb guests damage deposit does not apply however costs to remedy damage is processed through the resolution department.
