Welcome to your vacation home at Encantada Resort, a spacious 4bedroom, 3bathroom townhouse featuring a private screened pool, themed bedrooms, and comfortable accommodations for up to 10 guests.

Inside, the home offers a practical layout for families and groups. A Queen bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor with private access to a full bathroom, while the second floor features the King master suite and two bedrooms designed especially for younger guests. Every bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The living areas offer plenty of space to relax with the family after a day of exploring Orlando. Central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, and family-friendly essentials complete the experience.

Outside, enjoy your private northeast-facing screened pool, complete with patio furniture and a child safety fence. It is an inviting space to swim, relax, or enjoy a peaceful afternoon between theme park visits.

Bedroom 4: Harry Potter-themed bedroom with 1 bunk bed featuring a Twin upper bed, Full lower bed, and Twin trundle bed, plus Smart TV — sleeps 4 guests.

The home is conveniently located for visiting Orlando and Central Florida’s main attractions.

Walt Disney World: approximately 8 miles.
SeaWorld: approximately 14 miles.
Universal Studios: approximately 17 miles.
Orange County Convention Center: approximately 9 miles.
LEGOLAND Florida: approximately 31 miles.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests go directly to the property and enter using an electronic access code. There is no need to pick up a physical key.

Arrival instructions and the door code will be sent to the registered email address approximately 2 days before the stay.

After completing the reservation, guests may receive an electronic request to sign the rental agreement. Please also check your spam or junk email folder. Airbnb guests do not receive this email.

EXTRA SERVICES

Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

BBQ Grill: US$60 plus 13.5% tax for the entire stay. Guests are responsible for replacing/refilling the propane tank when necessary. The fee covers final cleaning and normal wear and tear of the equipment.

Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. The service must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The maximum temperature is 95°F (approximately 35°C). Because the system uses heat-exchange technology, its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the water from reaching the desired temperature.

Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay and is not charged per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.

Parties and events are not allowed.
The maximum occupancy of 10 guests must be respected.
