Guest Access:

Parking:

• You can park in the driveway up to 3 vehicles. There's also additional parking at the clubhouse, . Please do not park in the street, your car will be towed.



Property Access:

• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).



Resort Access:

• You're provided with complimentary access to Bella Vida Resort

• Clubhouse is open daily from 9:00 am- 6:00 pm all year round

Nestled over at the Bella Vida Resort, just a measly 5 miles away from the magical kingdom of Walt Disney World (yeah, we're basically neighbors!), you'll be hanging out on the hip side of US192 in Kissimmee. Our guests are practically royalty around here, with full access to the resort's fantastic facilities. You've got a massive community pool and a sundeck where you can catch some rays. • Please be advised of the following holiday schedule for Bellavida Clubhouse & Pool: On Dec 24 (Christmas Eve) hours will be 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, the facility will be closed on Dec 25 (Christmas Day), normal hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM) will resume on Dec 26, and on Dec 31 (New Year’s Eve) the clubhouse and pool will be open 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.



Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
