For those flying in, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 25-30 minute drive. While public transportation options are available in the broader Orlando area, they are less prevalent in this specific neighborhood, so having a car is recommended for the most convenient travel. Major attractions like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld are all within a short drive, ensuring you can quickly access the magic! Consider ride-sharing services or taxis as alternative transport methods to get around the area.

Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Pets are not allowed. Parking is free on the premises and on the street. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. For any questions or concerns during your stay, please use the platform messaging system.
POOL AND SPA HEATER- Our SPA is connected to the pool and provides a relaxing experience! To enjoy both, you'll need to request the pool heater, which does come with an additional fee. Just a heads-up: it can take up to 24 hours to heat up, so please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival if you’d like to add this to your stay.*The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding. Just to clarify, the pool and the SPA share the same water temperature, as they are both heated by the same system. We understand that 'SPA' can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it's a relaxing warm water area without hydromassage jets. If you have any questions or need anything else, we’re here to help!"

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.
* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).
* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.
* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.
