POOL HEATING (OPTIONAL)

• $40 per day (minimum 2 nights)

• Must be requested 48 hours in advance

• Max temperature: 95°F / 35°C

• May take up to 24 hours to heat

• Not effective in extremely cold weather

• No refunds if the pool does not reach the desired temperature

PARKING

• Free parking

• Maximum 2 vehicles in the driveway

• Visitor parking located in front of the property

• Do not park on the grass or block the sidewalk

• Commercial vehicles are NOT allowed

PACKAGE DELIVERY

USPS does not properly recognize vacation rental addresses.

We are not responsible for undelivered or returned packages.

• Professional cleaning before and after your stay
