We LOVED staying at this property! The house was beautiful and perfect for our littles. Our 1 and 3yo loved the Toy Story room! They were entertained for hours between all the themed, child friendly rooms. We so appreciative of all the toys that were available for them to play with. They had just as much fun at the house, as they did at the Disney Parks! My husband and I agree that when we come back to Florida we would love to stay at this property again! The Hosts were super responsive, and made the whole process feel stress free.

Host was very spot on with communication. The house - WOW! 3 generations were all happy with all of the amenities. Pool, bedrooms, kitchen, etc. The nursery for a 3 month old was great. Separate from the living room and kitchen.

Highly Recommend!!!

Was going to gate keep about this house, but I must let the people know. This house is AMAZING!!!!! Great for families with kids. You do not have to leave the house or the resort property. Owners were so responsive. Had zero issues. Will be returning !!!! Best vacation ever !

The property was absolutely beautiful and so well thought out for kids and all guests.So convenient to all the parks and the resort splash pool area for the kids was awesome!The owners are so accomodating - Ken talked to us as we arrived to tell us all about the house, etc. Security is great!Would definitely stay again!

Very nice week

We stayed at this property for a week with a one and three year old and it had everything we could possibly need. The nursery was such a huge bonus for my one year old so he didn’t have to spend a week in a pack and play. Both my kids loved the playroom and the themed bedrooms that were stocked with dress up items and toys. The pool was fully stocked with pool toys and floats that kept my kids entertained. Any issues that came up were addressed quickly. Would definitely stay again

This place is amazing. Our kids 10 and 7 had so much fun! The pool and hot tub are spectacular! The rooms are gigantic ! We had an amazing time here and this place exceeded our expectations! Will be booking here again!

Disney VaCa

The location was good as far as proximity to Disney, however traffic both ways, at all times was congested. The home was decorated nicely with all the kitchen amenities useful for a large group. Wi-Fi was great. The kids loved the pool and playroom (garage). Plenty of towels for our group of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids), including pool towels. The water park was a 10 min walk and was fun, even with early April temps, the water was still warm enough for the kids. I'd recommend this property, the host was great.

Amazing family get away

Awesome for families!!

First and foremost Tina and Ken are awesome hosts - from booking to check in, all through our stay and at check out they were super helpful and always amazingly responsive. The house is fab for kids and adults, really spacious and the kids loved their rooms. - the space room was a massive hit - especially with the astronaut outfits!!! Really close to Disney and the facilities on site are great too… the kids loved the pool at the house as well as the communal one… We will def come back … really enjoyed our stay folks - thank you!!!

Wonderful home and pool for families, incl. young children

We vacationed in Orlando for 7 nights at this property. We had 2 small children (5 and 1) in tow. We have never stayed at a VRBO that was fully-stocked and ready for small children! For the 1 year-old, it was a delight to have a dedicated baby room w/crib, changing table and more. Also available were two strollers and even baby gates. This was the first time we had all of this equipment on-site which meant we did not need to rent it! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and heated. The house was clean and cared for. The kids loved the club pool and kids water park. The facilities were well-maintained and so much fun. Any time we had a question, the owners were very quick to respond and accommodate. Would highly recommend this property for any vacation. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we didn't even want to leave the property!

Not What We Expected

Overall I feel like this property was overpriced. The kids bedrooms and playroom were very cool and designed with children in mind, but I would not describe this house as luxurious. The check in process was convoluted. I had to sign a rental agreement that was 10 pages long and had a lot of rules. After arriving we had to call the owner to get more info. The instructions stated that the home was kept in excellent condition and damages had to be reported with photos within 24 hours. A quick sweep of the home revealed some damages which I promptly emailed. The owner was very communicative and tried to fix the issues as best as possible. Overall the house wasn’t as clean as I would like, the carpet was old and worn. We found multiple broken toys and ripped costumes in the kids room. A couple of the white bathroom linens were ripped or had discoloration. There are security cameras on the patio and one is facing the doors which led to the living room and kitchen. There is no way to close the curtains to the patio, so I wasn’t sure if the owners could see us walking around in the home. I could clearly see the camera while sitting on the couch. It felt like an invasion of privacy. Security told my husband there some break ins which was worrisome. There were a lot of extra fees, fees that didn’t make much sense, and fees charged for things I didn’t request. I would double check your agreement and rates charged in your receipt. Overall my husband and I were disappointed.

Family friendly! Wonderful stay!

House was perfect for us! 2 families with 4 kids ranging from 3 months to 6 years old. The house was well equipped with everything you could ever think you needed! From baby supplies (boppy, bouncer, crib, baby monitor ect) to kitchen stuff and pool toys! The kids LOVED the Toy Story play room! 10/10 would recommend and hope to visit again!

Great Vacation Home

We were 2 families of four and this house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel comfortable. The girls loved the princess bedroom and the boys loved the space ship room. All of the kids enjoyed the playroom and were in it everyday of the vacation. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all of us. We appreciated the gate around the pool as well as the floaties for the kids. The house was close the parks and stores. We also went to the community pool and the kids had fun on the water slides. I appreciated the fact that the home felt very safe with childproof locks on the doors and an alarm. We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home and made some great memories!

Friends and Family Disney trip

Very impressed with the house. It has plenty of room! Love all the kid friendly features!! The pool was perfect for an early April swim. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. We did find it a little warm in the condo as we were instructed not to turn the air down past 73, if I remember correctly, so some of the guest upstairs were hot at night. The main bedroom and bathroom downstairs is a little dim/dark but was able to get ready in other areas that were better lit. As for the general area, just an FYI, there’s a school close in proximity to condo and school start time is around 9-9:30am! Traffic was very backed up going to and from Disney each day!! What was a 20-25 min drive often took 40+ minutes! Overall I would recommend for larger families, especially if you want down time to enjoy the pool and the condo or complex!

Fun and Fabulous!

The house was spacious and exactly as depicted with all the fun details in every unique room. Plenty of toys, dress up costumes and imaginative rooms to keep the kids occupied all day long. The Toy Story play room with trampoline was a big hit. My husband and I enjoyed unwinding in the warmed up pool and hot tub at the end of the day. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We will certainly be reserving the house again in the future.

Amazing stay!!

We booked our family with 4 kids and had an amazing stay. Our kids are 1,2,5,6 and they had everything you need and more. The house was clean and exactly as advertised . I would highly recommend staying here if you have a young family. I will absolutely be booking again in the future. Communication with the hosts were very timely. Anytime I had a question I received a response immediately.

Family Disney trip

Wonderful property. Beautiful, well stocked, and perfect for kids and adults. Location is convenient to Disney parks, only about a 15-20 minute drive. The only negative was a weird message the day after we checked in from the property manager saying we had too many people and were going to be charged more, even though we didn’t. Somehow they counted wrong on their ring camera. They ended up realizing they were wrong, it was just kind of strange having to argue with them how many people we had in our party during our Disney trip. Still overall a great experience and would book again.
