- This 2-story home requires 1 step to enter and features a bedroom on the 1st floor. Additional interior stairs are required to reach the 2nd-floor bedrooms and bathrooms
- There is an optional pool heat fee of $30/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). The pool will not be heated if the fee is not paid prior to check-in. Please request pool heat at least 72 hours prior to check-in. The spa will always be heated
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a Google Nest doorbell camera next to the front door facing the front entry area. Camera 2 is located on the front of the property facing the garage entrance. Camera 3 is located on the side of the property facing the pool equipment. Camera 4 is located on the side of the property facing the air conditioning unit. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces or the lanai/pool area. The cameras record sound and video when activated by motion

We will be coming back!

Great location and has all the conveniences of home. It was so nice having a place to cook and relax after a long day at the theme parks. We enjoyed the pool and game room. Exactly what we needed!The only trouble we experienced was that the upstairs bathroom sink and tub drains were a little slow/clogged with hair.

The house was very clean, and had a comfortable home away from home feel. Alondra kept in touch and made sure our stay was amazing! The pool was very well maintained and had plenty of room to have a good water gun fight. We did not get to spend much time in the game room, but what little time we did was fun. We had a Publix, Target, and Walmart less than 2 miles away. We visited Universal and it only took 34 minutes to get there. Disney was about 8 to 10 minutes away. I will definitely try to rent here next year!

Perfect!

We loved the property! Our boys loved the game room, warm pool and hot tub. This is the first house I have ever stayed at that had amazing beds and pillows (I am particular about both of them). Would stay here again! The only reason I took one star off the location was the traffic getting off the exit on multiple nights. We had the same issue with another property in that area so it’s nothing against this particular site. There is a merging lane that needs some process improvement. We would definitely stay here again though! Would highly recommend.

Great place!

We had a great stay here. Easy access to Disney and the house had a lot of activities. The Mickey light in the game room wasn’t working and we loved that on the pictures we saw of the property, but a minor bummer, no big deal. The Ski Ball also wasn’t working. The heated pool was great, hot tub was as well! The pool furniture was pretty uncomfortable and could have used an upgrade but once again, a minor bummer and didn’t impact if I would stay here again. Clean, great for a family. Thank you!

Overpriced and worn down

Based on the photos and reviews, I was expecting a beautiful property. This home is run down and the photos are well staged. The carpet is very worn out and dirty. The bathroom rugs were so dirty we couldn’t use them. The door to the lanai is broken and swings open and closed constantly. Most of the window blinds are damaged as well. The property management fees were outrageous given the condition of the home. Before leaving a review, I tried to get assistance from the Evolve property management group, but they pretended they couldn’t reach me and terminated the claim. This rental just isn’t worth the high fees charged.

Location was great, but not a great experience.

The location was great, and it was a nice home. But we did not have a great experience staying there. Not much for games, or extras, and very limited supplies (soaps, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc.), and the hot tub was unusable (which is specifically why we chose this one). And it was not followed up on, attended to or fixed until after we checked out (days later). But the previous reviews were good, so this may have been a one-off. Hopefully your stay will be better. The location was still great and there was lots of space.

Disappointing

I planned my trip to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. The main things he wanted was our own place with a pool and hot tub. Overall I have to call the trip disappointing. The house while clean is worn. The furniture and everything at the house could use refreshing. The sofa has spots that could easily be cleaned The outside lounge chair cushions look as if they need to be cleaned. The light in the pool didn't work. The fan in the upstairs bathroom didn't work. The bottom drawer of the dishwasher is broken. The light part of remote control for the living room ceiling fan didn't work. Lastly there were no daily instructions for hot tub care which clearly were needed as I had to request cleaning and I ended up with a hot tub "rash" that I'm still dealing with after returning home. The couple who came to address my initial concerns were lovely and had things not continued to be an issue I might have given it a 3 star , and I did get responses from the management company but overall I have to call the house poor.

Excellent House! Very close to Disney Park!

Our family stayed here during a couple of days spent at the Disney Parks. The house was neatly decorated, impeccably clean, and full of added amenities like the hot tub, pool, game room, books, etc. If we are back in the area, we will rebook here!

great proximity to Disney with sort of back way in

Overall good experience- great proximity to Disney and has a "back way" to avoid some of the traffic on the main road before you get to Disney. I did not find the property manager to be as responsive as I would have liked at some points and trying to get info on the pool temp before we arrived proved difficult (trying to decide if we wanted the pool heated beginning of May). We also had a hard time getting info on early check in being possible up until 3 hours before actual check in, which was hard with planning travel time. The property management company is not local so when you call, it's not someone in town that knows specific things like that which I didn't love. The property manager contact was local I think but I at first emailed her and never heard back and after reaching back out, was told text was better. That would have been helpful info ahead of time. The AC was broken when we arrived so it was a good 84 in the home the first day, but it was promptly fixed the next day. The hot tub also had to be serviced twice before it worked properly, but it was handled promptly as well. The property also backs up to a main road so there's considerable road noise when sitting by pool/ on back porch. It has a brick fence and some trees that separate the road from you, but it is noisy. The game room was a great addition and we liked having a private pool. Overall, I would recommend the property.
