5-bedroom pool home with spa and game room, Indian Creek, 5 mi to Disney

Five bedrooms on one floor sleep 10: two king bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, a queen room, and two twin rooms. Your private pool has a raised spa, a sun deck, and a covered lanai, and the game room has a pool table and foosball. The home is on a quiet street in Indian Creek in Kissimmee, about 5 miles from Disney’s Animal Kingdom and 8 miles from Magic Kingdom.

THE POOL
Your own pool and raised spa are inside a screen enclosure, with loungers on the sun deck and a covered lanai with a dining table for the shade. For families with little ones, there is a safety fence between the house and the pool.

BEDROOMS
The home is all on one floor, so there are no stairs.

There are four full bathrooms, and every bedroom has a TV.

KITCHEN AND LIVING
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a breakfast nook, and it opens to the family room with its sofas and TV. There is a separate dining room and a formal living room with sliders to the lanai, and a washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi.

GAME ROOM
The game room has a pool table and a foosball table.

INDIAN CREEK
The community has playgrounds, sports courts, and open fields, and the restaurants and shops of Formosa Gardens Village are a few minutes away.

GETTING IN
You let yourselves in with a private door code, which we send you before you arrive.

GOOD TO KNOW
Pool and spa heating is optional: $35 a night, with a 4-night minimum. The spa is a raised part of the pool, not a separate hot tub. The home does not come with a grill, but you can rent a gas grill for your stay. You arrive to a starter supply of coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, trash bags, and bathroom tissue. Smoking is allowed outside only.
