A private propane BBQ grill is provided on the patio for family use. Please operate the grill responsibly and follow all posted safety instructions for your safety and the safety of others. A one-time BBQ grill use fee of $70 will be charged for the entire stay to cover rental, propane refill, and cleaning. For stays of 14 nights or more, guests must purchase their own propane if the initial tank runs out.

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, and are designed with fully furnished with luxury bedding, Smart TVs, dressers, and closets. You will feel at home in no time with the beautiful and cozy décor!

The master bedroom is perfect for parents, it is quiet with lake view from the3 large window. The bedroom has a comfy king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a massive walk-in shower and dual sinks.

The Mickey themed bedroom is a dream come true, complete with two EXTRA LONG single beds. it also has all the Mickey & Friends decor to awe your Kids. What is more is there are kids books, toys and games in the room for them to enjoy. The room could sleep 2 kids or teens.

The third bedroom has very unique Ocean design and feel, it features a Queen-size bed.

If you have more than six guests, the comfy queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room is an additional sleeping option.

The bathrooms have plenty of vanity space and are outfitted with fresh towels and a starter supply of basic toiletries in case you forgot to pack anything. An additional half-bath is on the main level not far from the lounge.

☆☆ HOW TO GET AROUND ☆☆
The following information is FYI only, please double-check because the information may change because of the Pandemic and other reasons:
Uber taxi service charges around $10 door-to-door to Disney
Lynx Bus: 7-minute walk from the resort to #56 Lynx Bus Stop on Old Town and US 192 to Magic Kingdom, buses run every 30 minutes from approx. 6:00 am to around 11:20 pm, please check the GoLynx site for a more detailed schedule.

- Please turn off all lights and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave.

You will have private access to the entire home and free unlimited access to Regal Oaks Resort’s fabulous amenities.

Jacuzzi maintenance is weekly, A/C maintenance and pest control are monthly. Service persons normally access the jacuzzi from the patio door without entering the house, but they may have to enter the house for A/C maintenance or pest control during your stay. Thank you for your cooperation.

This is a self-catering property. If any initial supplies (Keurig k-cups, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc.) that have been provided are used up, you will need to purchase your own for your use. Stored are just 5 minutes away.

Garbage Collection

Garbage is to be placed in the bin under the bench at the front porch. It will be collected on the days indicated on the note posted on the bench. Excessive/large items should be dropped in the dumpster located at the intersection of Corvette Ln and T-Bird Ln.

We do not accommodate any kind of animals because the owners are severely allergic to all types of animal hairs.

It is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in Florida, especially in natural areas. We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property on monthly basis to exterminate the insects. However, you are still expected to see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open-doors and the previous guest`s shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house.

We are committed to providing every guest with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, due to past violations that caused property damage and impacted future guests, we must emphasize the following rules.

Violators may be held financially responsible for damages, extra cleaning, fines, or other penalties.

🚫 House Rules & Conduct

- No parties or loud noise. Please respect the quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood.

- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property. A cleaning fee of up to $2000 will be charged for odor removal.

- No pets or animal hair are allowed under any circumstances due to severe allergies. Unauthorized pets will result in a $100 charge per pet, per night.

- No illegal activity or drug use. Violations will be reported to local authorities.

- Do not exceed the number of guests listed in your reservation. Unauthorized guests may result in penalties and reservation cancellation.


🧹 Cleanliness & Housekeeping

- Do not stain linens, towels, or other fabrics. Stained items will incur an additional cleaning fee or, if necessary, replacement and restocking charges.

- Please thoroughly clean the kitchen after preparing greasy or heavy meals. The standard cleaning fee does not cover deep cleaning.
