Storey Lake is a gated community, and all guests must be pre-registered before arrival.
After booking, we will request:
Primary guest full name
Full names of all adult guests
Driver names and (if possible) vehicle plate numbers
Once completed, we’ll send a vehicle access barcode.
Each driver must show the barcode (phone or printed) to security at the gate.
Entry may be delayed or denied if not registered in advance.

Pool heating (optional – IMPORTANT):
$40/day (2-night minimum)
Must be requested 48 hours in advance
Can take up to 24 hours to warm (max approx. 95°F / 35°C)
If outdoor temps drop below 70°F / 21°C, the pool may not feel warm even with heat on
No refunds/credits if the desired temperature is not reached due to weather
Pool heating warms the full body of water—this is not a hot tub/spa
Cleaning & trash:
Professional cleaning before & after your stay is included
No daily housekeeping included
Please dispose of trash daily in the community designated bins to avoid pests
Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled for an extra fee
Package deliveries:
USPS often does not recognize vacation rentals and may return mail/packages.
We recommend Amazon, DHL, or FedEx.
We are not responsible for returned/lost/undelivered packages.
House rules (strictly enforced):
No parties/events — $500 fee
No smoking/vaping indoors — $500 fee
No pets — $500 fee and possible cancellation without refund
Interaction with Guests:
We communicate through the platform and are available before, during, and after your stay .
Please report any issues (cleanliness, maintenance, or damages) within the first 4 hours after check-in so we can assist quickly and keep your stay perfect .
