Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Overall a good place to stay

The condo itself was clean and well equipped and it is near many amenities and a short drive to Disney. Comfortable beds and plenty of extra pillows. Loads of space. Nice pool area, quiet, plenty of parking. Not very busy. The email for check in didn’t have the correct code for the gate, but the reception staff was very helpful even though we showed up around 10pm. Downsides: 1) one of the showers leaks into the hallway! This only happened once and after the second consecutive shower. 2) the blankets provided are very thin so you might need to bring extras. 3) despite the starter kit, there were no scissors in the kitchen or coffee filters provided 4) the AC is a bit loud but the rooms are well soundproofed Overall, I’d recommend this place, but make sure to bring extra blankets, and kitchen amenities (don’t worry, there’s a Walmart less than 2 minutes away!)

Overall we had a great stay

Location was great. We had a lot of outdoor options at the house itself such as pools and things for the kids to do. Only thing bad I can say about anything is that cleanliness wasn’t really top priority under beds and beside bathroom vanities had garbage and white socks was black by the end of the day.

Shady Checkin and Poor Response

On the day we were traveling, I received an email saying I must take photos of the front and back of my drivers license and credit card and send them over the web. While the link they sent to load these photos may be claimed as secure, this process seems very shady and dangerous. I even question its legality. They give the guest no choice because of you don’t do it, you will lose your money. Now my information is out there insecure somewhere. The unit had a very strong odor as if the cleaning crew tried to cover up a mildew or dingy smell. None of the 3 big screen TVs would work. Called the ACO vacations and they said they would send someone while we were out. When we returned, the front door was unlocked. The cable box was flipped upside down and nothing was resolved. I called and informed them again. No one came again to fox the TVs. There was no cable, and the TVs would not connect to the WiFi in the unit. The rep, Pedro, said his notes said they had removed the box and router to work on it, but I informed him they were not removed and still in the unit. He apologized but did nothing to resolve the issue. The unit is very bland and it was dirty. Hair and dust on tables. I would consider this experience before deciding to book. The price may be good, but it comes with issues.

Ok location for the event we attended. It is close to restaurants, groceries, and other activities. Advertise to sleep 8, but no bed sheets and blankets were provided to use in the sofa bed. We ended up buying a set due to lack of response over text. Smoke alarm went on randomly, so we had to disconnect. Shower door needs better cleaning.

Terrible service

We arrived to find toilet in the master bathroom full of urine. I inspected the hallway bathroom and also found urine on the rim of the toilet. I reached out to VRBO and was received by Rogelio. I asked Rogelio to make arrangements to send someone to clean. He wanted photos, which I emailed. I was left waiting for periods of up to 30 minutes before I would get any responses. I called and Rogelio answered. From the moment he spoke to me, he spoke with contempt and a negative attitude. He continued saying he didn't have my emails, which I sent multiple times and also texted. I became very agitated because of the way he was talking to me.at one point I asked to speak to a manage, to which he said no because they would tell me the same thing, that they had no one to clean. At that point I got very angry and demanded to talk to a supervisor. He started to "Warn" me that he was going to hang the phone. I got very angry and could not understand why they could not get somebody to clean or make other accommodations. I disconnected the call to wait for an answer, and no communication came, and I was there with my wife and children with a filthy house. I had to either decide to stay and clean the house myself or leave. I called again and this time I spoke to Luiz, he explained they could send someone the next day to clean as it was already after 7pm (even though I had been on the phone, email & text since before 5pm). I told him that was not acceptable and that I needed to speak to a manager. He responded saying that VRBO has no managers, because they were all fired because of COVID-19. I couldn't believe that there does not exist at least 1 manager in this company. At that point, I decided to leave and told them to refund my money. He said that the contract I signed stipulates they have 24 hours to get someone over to clean. The reality is, the contract states I (the renter) have 24 hours to report anything that needs cleaning. The company has 24 hours to FIX anything that's broken. I cannot say how let down, disappointed, and frustrated this situation has left us. I will NEVER use VRBO or ACO ever again. Rogelio surpassed all expectations in making me feel unwanted. He really went above and beyond to lose my business. I only wish I could rate lower and even more public, so all who are looking for hospitality accommodations NEVER even look to VRBO/ACO. Horrible service.
