Cozy 2 BR 1 1/2 BA Ocean Block Unit - Close to the Beach!

This beautiful beach block unit has updates throughout! The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a tile backsplash along with updated cabinetry and is ready for all your culinary creations. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an updated half bath. There two queen beds in the second bedroom. The full-size bathroom has been updated. The living room has updated furnishings with and flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and there if free WIFI for those that want to “stay connected". The large balcony has peaks of the ocean and is a wonderful place to relax after your fun filled day!

In addition, to all the great updates listed above, this unit is only about a block away from the large northern Ocean City beaches. Being up north, you'll enjoy the quieter, more family-oriented atmosphere and will be close to many excellent restaurant/bars such as Crab Bag, Tequila Mockingbird, Harpoon Hanna's and Tailchasers to name a few. You are also close to tax free shopping in Delaware including a short drive to the outlets in Rehoboth Beach. Your kids will love being close to Northside Park along other fun activities such as miniature golf, go carts, laser tag, a water park, wave runners and even pontoon boats.

THINGS TO KNOW:

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Valkyrie is not an elevator building.
* One parking spot is provided. Additional Street parking is also available.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 129th street.
* Owner provides bicycles for guest use as well as beach chairs, cart, umbrella and boogie boards.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

We were very happy with this unit! It was just as pictured, clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t cook but it looks like everything would be there if you wanted to. The deck has a nice view of the ocean between 2 buildings. Beach access is right out the front steps and they provided beach chairs, umbrella and bicycles. This unit is also close to a lot of places to eat but still on a quiet street. We highly recommend staying here!

Everything was wonderful about our stay! It’s a beautiful space, and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the light cooking we did. We appreciated using the beach chairs and toys as well. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Clean, great location, well kept. The only issue was the AC could not keep up, and we were very hot most of the stay. In order to keep cool, all of the bedroom doors had to remain open, which was not ideal.

Great place!

We had a great stay for our trip to Ocean City. A lot to do within walking distance including the beach. Much easier to stay with kids and have additional rooms and a kitchen. All the neighbors were also very nice!

Wonderful Accommodations!!

The property is beautiful, well decorated, and very comfortable. Only a few hundred yards from the beach, and they include everything you could want to take with you fora good time by the ocean. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful Beach vacation

My family loved our stay at Valkyrie in Ocean City. The unit was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space for everyone and all the neccesary accomidations/equipment throughout. It was also very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was outstanding with just a 2 minute walk to the beach and the storage unit with a beach wagon and some beach gear was perfect. We loved our short stay in Ocean City and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone

Great spot for a place to land on a busy family weekend.

Bright, clean, fresh condo. With a nice view of the ocean from the family room. This was perfect for my family of 5 who was staying for a sports tournament. We weren’t home much and didn’t cook any meals but the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked with all you would need. Quick walk to the beach and great location in upper Ocean City. We would come back again!

The place was neat and clean. I think that when they advertise it should well advertised that it is a third floor walk-up. It seemed like five floors. Other than that it was very close to the beach and it made up for everything.

Amazing property in a great location

Other than the condo being on the 3rd floor which I admit I knew going into it, but by the end was exhausted from climbing it was absolutely perfect. I guess I shouldn’t complain, I got a good workout in. I’m kidding! This place couldn’t be any more perfect for what we were looking for.

Great family beach house

This property was perfect for our week-long stay in OCMD. You can see a sliver of the waterfront from the porch, and the beach access is right through the adjoining parking lot. The beaches were less crowded than the boardwalk beaches and we always got a spot near the water no matter what time we arrived. The property is well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards, utensils, dinnerware, cutlery, storage containers etc. Since we cooked most of our meals in, we greatly appreciated this. The patio is also plenty big with several places to sit and enjoy the view. The storage unit with beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, etc was super useful and we definitely took advantage of those thoughtful extras. Thank you for everything!!!

Wonderful place to stay in OC!

We were only there for the weekend, but wish it had been longer! Very clean and updated property with everything we needed. Location was only a block from the beach and in a quieter area. Places to eat were within walking distance. We would totally stay here again! Thanks for an awesome experience!

Great unit, great area, up 3 flights…..

We had a wonderful time and we were very happy with the unit itself but it was not stated anywhere that the unit is on the third floor. There were a significant number of stairs to climb so I feel this should be one of the first pieces of info to potential renters! I had just had surgery the week before and I had no idea I was now faced with lugging everything up three flights of stairs! Thankfully I had other people with me to help, otherwise I would have been in a “situation”. The unit was nice, it was clean, but you need to tell people what to expect as far as the stairs.
