The main highlights of the 2nd-floor condo:



A PRIVATE OCEAN VIEW TERRACE! With sofa seating to lounge and relax and BBQ grill for grill nights!



The SITTING AREA features a large sofa and a Smart TV, plus floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to the PRIVATE BALCONY.



The KITCHEN has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare meals at home, plus lots of counter space for easy meal prep and a dishwasher for a quick clean-up.



The DINING TABLE can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests for sit-down meals, and the BREAKFAST BAR offers additional seating and can serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and all the condo's amenities, such us beach access, pool, snack bar, cinema, gym, spa, pickleball court and rec room.

Nuevo Vallarta, home to Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta resort, is a picturesque beachfront destination on the Pacific coast of Mexico. Travelers are treated to pristine beaches, world-class golf courses, and a wealth of water sports activities. Getting Around:

The Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta complex is APPROXIMATELY 13 km | 8 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There’s free designated parking if you are arriving by car.



Other Things to Note:

As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 50kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.

Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.

Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.

Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled and charged separately.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



Interaction with Guests:

You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
