The Space:
Welcome to our amazing and luminous home, located in the most exclusive residential area of the bay, El Tigre Golf and Country Club in Nuevo Vallarta.
Experience paradise with a private pool, jacuzzi, lush golf course views and outdoor enjoyment and relaxation and lounging areas. Plus, indoor fun, too, with a custom billiards table and granite bar and 65” Smart TV on this side, plus an oversized family/living room on the other side with a massive 82” wall-mounted Smart TV and Sonos Arc sound bar and a rear-speaker sound system! Enjoy relaxing downtime moments at home in this grand space with high ceilings, natural light, lots of style, and beautiful green golf course views!

(Kindly be advised that the transportation service operates exclusively from designated bus stops, and it is not a door-to-door service.)

Bedroom 1, the primary suite, features a plush king bed, couch, 65" Smart TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with dual-sink vanity and large stand-in shower. The other bedrooms all have queen-size beds with designer headboards, 55” Smart TVs, large custom closets, ensuite bathrooms, and large stand-in showers.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and private pool/backyard. The only area off-limits is the owner’s office in the home. Guests have exclusive access to the home plus Paradise Plaza (mall). If you stay with us for 3-14 days you can also purchase access to the Beach Club, gym, courts, spa, and shuttle service.
The Neighborhood:
The gated community of El Tigre Golf and Country Club provides a high-quality lifestyle in a beautiful tropical setting with upscale amenities, golfing excellence, and a vibrant community atmosphere. It's a 3-4 min drive to Nuevo Vallarta Beach and close to the airport, downtown Puerto Vallarta and the seaside walkway, the Malecón. Inside El Tigre, stop by Paradise Plaza, where you will find several shops and restaurants, including a grocery store, Starbucks, Buonissimo ice cream shop, and more. The community also offers amenities like the Kid’s World, tennis/pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a spa, just to name a few. Just note that access to certain areas of the complex has restrictions.
Getting Around:
The property is 10 km | 6 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). If you are arriving by car, there is parking for 2 cars in front of the house in the driveway.
Other Things to Note:
The townhome has its own pool and jacuzzi.
Please note THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE for guests staying between 3-14 nights who decide to access the communal amenities such as the Beach Club and the "El Tigre" Sports & Racquet Club at an extra charge of $1,400 MXN per person, per stay (subject to changes). Golf is also available at an additional fee, and guests should make their own tee time reservations.
As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 100 kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.
Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.
Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.
We provide some complimentary basic essentials, such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Please note these are not replenished.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Interaction with Guests:
After your host greets you to check you in and leave you the keys, you’ll have complete privacy and exclusive access to the home.
