Affordable Luxury In Mexico -One Bed, 2 Bath at Villa del Pal Mar - Flamingos

Good Day and thanks for opening our listing. We are Jack and Jeni and we are new VRBO hosts and owners with the Villa Group. The Villa Group has 9 distinctive resorts in premier locations in Mexico- Cancun, Puerto Vallarta (2), The Islands of Loretto and Cabo (4). These resorts are all extremely highly rated so much so that over 70,000 people including Jeni and I have chosen to purchase timeshares with them so that they can return to these idyllic properties year after year. What attracted us was the quality of the accommodations, the beauty of the resorts, their oceanfront locations, and the caring service from all of the employees.

We are not affiliated with the Villa Group and we are certainly not suggesting that you purchase a timeshare. Not at all. We simply want to share with you the opportunity to experience resort luxury at greatly discounted prices in hopes that you will enjoy your week on the ocean beaches as much as we do.

Jeni and I are in quickly approaching our 80's, and we realize that we will not be able to personally use all of our purchased time with the Villa Group so that is why we are making it available to others. We want to establish ourselves as great hosts, so we are beginning with renting our available weeks at rates which we believe to be significantly less than the advertised prices you will see on line. When you reserve our units, we promise to provide great communication and personal assistance to you to ensure that your stay is as fabulous as it can be. Initially, we are offering only weeks at Villa Del Palmar - Flamingos, because we know that resort the best, but in the near future we expect to have availability at all the Villa Group properties.

Now let us tell you about some of the outstanding features of the one Bedroom, Two Bath Suites at Riveria Nayarit Flamingos located approximately 15 miles up the coast from Puerto Vallarta
All One Bedroom suites are Ocean -facing and all have a patio or terrace fitted with comfortable furniture.
The one bedroom suites are approximately 892 square feet.
All suites have a large fully equiped kitchen with seating for four at a granite breakfast bar.
There is a defined dining area with glass topped table and seating for 6.
Off the dining area is a bath with tiled shower.
just beyond the dining area is the living room with pull out couch, chairs and large, flat-screened mounted TV.
at the end of the living room and through the sliding glass doors is a private patio or balcony overlooking the pools and the ocean. The patio/balcony extends across the entire width of the suite so it can be accessed from the bedroom as well.
We think it feels pretty darned spacious especially when you open the sliding to the patio or gated terrace and let the soft breezes in.

When you enter the bedroom you'll find a kingsize bed, a large dresser, a desk, and another large flat screen wall mounted TV.
The En-suite bath has a jetted tub, double vanities, a separate shower and a clothes closet in which you will find a safe deposit box.
Towels and Toiletries are furnished in both bathrooms
You will receive electronic/magnetic keys to be used during your stay.

All suites are air conditioned which can be individually climate controlled.
And since you are vacationing, there is daily housekeeping service provided to all suites.

There are four restaurants within the Resort as well as a small market where you can purchase food items, clothing, toys and basic medical supplies. The restaurants offer a wide variety of items which can be purchased off the menu. The resort also offers an all -inclusive food plan which includes pool side and beachfront service. You may want to look into these plans which include unlimited food and drink options, but please understand they are not included in the Suite rental that we are offering.

If you are really into doing your own cooking, that wouldn't be Jeni and me, there is a modern grocery store, (think "Whole Foods" qualities) about a one mile walk or quick cab ride from the entrance to the resort. There is also a pharmacy just outside the resort should you require non OTC meds. There is also a doctor on site at the resort.

This is a complete resort with all the accoutrements. This pool is immense with zones for kids of all ages and all types of activities- wading, water-aerobics, people-watching and general conversations. It is completely surrounded by thickly padded chaise lounges perfect for sunning, reading, relaxing, conversing and snoozing. There is towel service and food and beverage service all day long. So plan to arrive early and stake out your lounges and umbrellas for the day. You may just want to alternate between the pool and the hot tub and the Beach.

The wide sand beach extends the full width of the resort where you lounge in comfort watching and listening to the waves of Beautiful Bandaras Bay breaking or gently lap the shore depending upon the time of the tide. Again there are row upon row of chaise lounges and umbrellas across the beach just waiting for your arrival. if you want activity, there are organized and impromtu volleyball games to be played. Also there is usually para-sailing available if the wind isn't too strong (private enterprise separate from the resort). Beach horse back riding is available and just about a third of the way to Bucerias about 500 yards), several entrepreneurs provide massages (really good) for prices much more reasonable than the Spa at the resort. (Jeni and I try to limit ourselves to no more than 3 hour-long massages per week.) Again food and beverage service is available at your chair. Finally if you are wanting to buy a souvenir to take back to your envious family members who couldn't join you at the Flamingos, there is almost an endless parade of very polite (spelled -"not pushy") local families on the beach with a large variety of goods that they would be happy to sell you from toys, to clothes to jewelry.

From your vantage point on the beach in front of the resort, you can see from the far northern point of the bay down way past the city of Puerto Vallarta to the misty mountain ranges that gently rise above the down to the southern tip of the bay where it meets the Pacific Ocean once again. In the right season, you can see dolphins and whales performing for you. What a perfect setting for total relaxation.

If you are seeking adventure beyond the resort, the bustling town of Bucerias is a short (1 mile) walk down the "yellow brick" path that starts just in from of the resort. Known for its bazaars and great restaurants, it's definitely work the walk. There are a number of golf courses a short taxi ride from the resort including both Jack Nicklaus and Tom Weiskopf designed courses. There also a myriad of other adventures to be had in the PVR area and there is a company office just off the main lobby where you can explore and book outings for Zip-lining, ATV rentals, Pirate ship, Whale-watching, Deep-sea and Snorkeling cruises as well as many others.
