They also clearly care about making sure guests have a good experience from the little details in the studio to the timely and clear communication. I would definitely rebook if I return to Tampa!»

«Close to the airport. The beach was great with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, but no access to the water. A pool and pool bar was appreciated. The unit was clean, but needed some improvements. The sofa bed and furniture were cheap and not sturdy. More towels are necessary when 4 people are staying.»

«Smell of rental was horrible. We noticed a musty smell when we entered that just got worse through the nite. There is a leak with the toilet which is probably causing it. We tried closing the bathroom door but entire unit had the odor »

«Great view from the condo and balcony, small but nice beach area, very clean. Pool was over run with screaming kids late Friday afternoon and evening but not on the weekend (maybe those families checked out?) Thought it was a little pricy»

«All communications were done through the website. We were without power for two days, no air on the first day, no heat on the second day. That was a bit disconcerting. Staff kept promising a visit from the company that services them but we were without until later Tuesday morning of our first week. Laundry availability was good. They could use a few more pieces of silverware, i.e. like a can opener. We bought a toaster and left it. »

«The view was amazing. The check in was easy. The owners were easily accessible. Property was clean and a perfect size. We went for our anniversary and had a blast. The tiki bar and restaurant on the property allowed us to not have to drive anywhere if we didn’t want, and we had a great time there. The food was great and the service was even better!!»
