«Convenient downtown location. Unit was exactly as shown- clean and updated. Sway was very responsive. The only inconvenience was the guests upstairs went up and down the stairs all night and hung out on the front porch until the early hours.»

«It's a nice old flat. The unit is the end apt. in like a 6 apt. house and edges on the street and an alley that is like a street. So, for privacy, I'd keep the curtains closed and didn't get the wonderful light in the picture. You get a parking pass for the street, but parking can be challenging so give yourself extra time. The kitchen was big and well equipped; it's great to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is very noisy so don't plan on going to sleep with it running.»

Some appliances, like the touch-sensor kitchen faucet and lamps in the bedroom were slightly baffling at first, but we got used to them. The wall mounted smart TV is HUGE. «Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. Definitely recommend»

«If I could rate this higher for location, I would! Walkable to nearly everywhere I wanted to be and right across from Tupi Coffee! Check-in was a little glitchy, but we got it straightened out. A handbook would help to provide wifi password, garbage pick up, check out procedure, etc. The space was comfortable for two of us and large enough that our adult children could come over for cocktails. Sorry to say Tupi is relocating but will have rooftop seating in the new place.»
