Built in 1926 with the original foyer staircase intact - everything else tastefully remodeled, including a brand-new bathroom. Decorated throughout with national park art and Yellowstone touches.



A private second-floor unit in a fourplex, so there are stairs up to the door.



Bedroom 1: queen bed. Bedroom 2: queen bed.



Open-concept living area with a smart TV and streaming, plus a large family-style dining table.



Fully equipped kitchen: granite counters, breakfast bar, stainless appliances, Keurig, toaster, knife set, and cooking basics.



Spacious backyard.



Linens and towels, central heat and AC, complimentary toiletries. Free WiFi.



Free street parking on a quiet street. No permit is provided, so please mind the posted signs. Watch for street cleaning - the home side of the street runs Tuesdays 10am to 12pm, the opposite side Mondays 10am to 12pm.



Guest Access:

Digital door locks are programed with unique access codes for every guest.



Last-minute and same-day bookings are welcome as check-in instructions will automatically be sent at booking confirmation.



The Neighborhood:

Walking distance to coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Grab an electric scooter or bike and ride through the state capitol grounds, picnic in one of 28 parks, or head out to one of the city's award-winning restaurants.



1.9 miles to Sutter Health Park, new home of the Athletics.



One thing to flag: the building next door is vacant and boarded up. The property is surrounded by cameras.
