«This was a rough stay. Upon arrival multiple unhoused individuals sleeping in front of motel office. While I was checking in one of the hotel guests left their room and walked through the parking lot completely topless in front of my 3 very young children. Our room was somewhat recently renovated but completely covered with hair from previous guests. The bedding, floor and bathroom all covered with different lengths and shades of hair. Really gross. There were screws missing from the shower door ...
