«Host was not attentive! I didn’t receive check in instructions on time and when I requested them after my arrival, I was given a gate code and door code that did not work! Had to call back again for a new code, only to find that the A/C in the unit was not cooling… also! The host assured me via text msg that there was a w/d on property that we could use but later found out that there wasn’t, which caused us a huge inconvenience!!! »

«This place is a lovely hidden gem. It is well appointed, clean, peaceful and welcoming. The outside patio is private and covered allowing breezes but not the hot sun. The parking was great with an electric outlet to charge our bikes. The hosts are responsive, friendly and accommodating. This place is close to shopping, I-95, beaches, downtown and parks. It is a great place to relax and unwind.»

«House was clean and property described on the listing. However, there were no pillows in one of the bedrooms and only the shams, only one trash bag in house. Mirrors can be added to the bedrooms to avoid having women to go to the bathroom to put on make up. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The champagne left for us was a nice touch.»

«We went for Miami Open Tennis Finals and the place was about a 25 min walk to the event. The host was very responsive and the place was nice, clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us. The only suggestion which I already shared with host is to make sure that the security deposit amount is clearly listed. My security deposit ended up being more than my total stay for 3 nights so I essentially got charged double before staying. Aside from the lack of clarity of steep deposit during initial booking ...

"No recomiendo este hotel. Te tratan mal en la recepción, la habitación sucia, las sábanas sucias. El parqueo del carro te cuesta bastante dolares la noche. Lo único bueno es la ubicación, pero hay otros hoteles ahi mismo muchos mejores. Pa colmo al salir del hotel me descontaron una suma bien grande que no se de que será y el dinero del depósito todavía no me lo han dado y ya han pasado 5 días. Yo vivo en Noruega, he viajado a 40 paises y nunca habia visto algo asi. La peor experiencia de mi vida cuando se trata de hotel"
