The apartment has a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea; in the distance you can see the promenade and even further away, Nice Airport.

The communal swimming pool is open from 15/4 to 31/10.

There is a bicycle storage area to park your own or rented bicycles.

The apartment itself is equipped with every comfort, such as air conditioning, a Smart TV, an oven/microwave combination, internet (fiber), an induction hob, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer combination.

15-minute walk from the Port Lympia tram stop.
Bus lines 15 and 30 stop right in front of the complex.

You can reach Coco Beach, Club Nautique, and the famous "Le Plongeoir" in a 10-15 minute walk.

Reception is by the building concierge.

There is a parking garage, but unfortunately, the concierge can only see if a spot is available a few days before arrival.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you can park in our parking garage. We do not have our own parking space.
