Thanks to the excellent location, you can easily explore the city and its surroundings on foot, stroll through the colorful little streets and enjoy the beach and sea.

The apartment

The 54sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator, as in almost all buildings in the old town.

Bathrooms:

The first bathroom is located in the hallway and has a large shower, a sink with 2 drawers underneath, a toilet and a towel dryer and a hair dryer.

The second bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom and has a shower, a sink with 2 drawers underneath, a toilet, a washing machine and a hairdryer.

The kitchen: the kitchen is equipped with a stove (4 burners), oven, microwave, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), toaster and kettle. There are also a number of different kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses and cutlery.

Living room: the living room is spacious and equipped with a large dining table (seats 6 people), a large TV , which is mounted on the wall and can be adjusted individually and a sofa bed (140x190cm: If you have booked for 3 or 4 people but want to have the Sofa beds prepared then 25€ are to be paid upon arrival.).

Bedrooms:

The first bedroom is located next to the living room and is equipped with a king size bed (160x200cm), a sitting sofa and a closet with curtain.

The second bedroom is equipped with a bed of the same size (king size, 160x200cm). It has an open closet and direct access to the second bathroom.

Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).

With its narrow cobblestone streets, pastel-colored buildings and stores selling Nice soap, Provencal textiles, meat and cheese, Vieux-Nice is the old and lively part of town. Vendors at the daily market on the Cours Saleya (a pedestrian mall) sell flowers and other products. Lively pubs and open-air restaurants serve specialties like crêpe socca. Located on the heights and offering a remarkable view of the city and the sea, the park of the hill of the castle is a wooded space.

The old town and the center of the city as well as the port can be reached on foot. Everything is within a radius of 2min to 20min.

The Tram T1 and T2 can also be reached in 2min (T1) and 6min (T2). Tram T2 will take you from the airport to the old town. Streetcar T1 to the port or to the main station.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.

Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included):

4pm – 8pm: 50€

8pm – 10pm: 75€

10pm – 12am: 100€

12am – 1am: 150€

After 1am: 200€

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)

Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.

We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
