With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large sitting-room/dining-room and a lovely balcony, it can easily host up to 6 guests. A well equipped and organized kitchen completes this property. AC, WIFI, bedding, and linens are all included.

The whole property of 73sqm is for you to use and is not shared with anyone.

We would like to inform you that the facade of the building on the courtyard side is being renovated. For this purpose, scaffolding will be erected on the facade in question.

November 23, 2025 - End of March, 2026

The scaffolding will be erected from the first floor to the top floor of the building. Noise pollution is less likely as the work mainly involves painting the courtyard facade, railings, and wooden window doors (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.



The facade on the street side has already been completed; the balcony can be used normally without restrictions.

2x King Size Bed (160x200cm)

1x Sofa Bed (140x190cm)

* If you have booked for 3 or 4 people but want to have the Sofa Bed prepared then 25€ are to be paid upon arrival

Late check-in Fees (excluding Check-in Fee for Christmas/ New Year’s): Arrivals at the apartment between 8pm and 10pm: 20€, between 10pm and midnight: 30€, between midnight and 1am: 50€, after 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period (late fees included):

24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January

4pm – 8pm: 50€

8pm – 10pm: 75€

10pm – 12am: 100€

12am – 1am: 150€

After 1am: 200€

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.





Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)

Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.

We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
