Only 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, in the heart of Nice, this holiday home makes the perfect holiday getaway. The ground-floor apartment for maximum 3 guests is in a modern residence, set in lush gardens, just metres from the famous seafront, the Promenade des Anglais. It is ideal for any couple who wants to combine relaxing on the beach with exploring one of the Côte d’Azur’s most popular towns.

The open-plan living area has been tastefully furnished with a contemporary sofa and armchair, plus a flat-screen TV. The kitchen/diner is at the other end of the room and has a sofa double bed. The sleek fitted kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. The neat dining table seats 3 people.

There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and hanging storage space.

Sleeping
The stylish bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks, we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

Bathroom
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Location
Nice is famous for its glamour; the beachfront Promenade des Anglais; delicious food and fabulous shopping, whether you are looking for high fashion or the freshest local ingredients. The city has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2021 and with good reason. The apartment is ideally located for exploring Nice on foot. Guests can discover the Palais Masséna Museum (6 minutes), the iconic Negresco Hotel (8 minutes), and Nice\'s Old Town (30 minutes).

Although you are in the centre of the city, you can enjoy stunning public beaches and trendy beach clubs, all close by.
A room is dedicated to park your bicycles.

Guests are spoiled for choice by the many shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood, including 2 supermarkets only 3 minutes away. For an authentic Niçoise market, check out the Marché Cours Saleya (25-minute walk) where you will find the freshest, best local produce to cook at home. On Mondays, the market becomes a flea market.

Day trips to other famous towns along the French Riviera; Monaco, Cannes, Saint-Tropez and Antibes are easy to arrange. All of these towns are within a 30-45 minute drive and are accessible by public transport.

The apartment is less than 20 minutes from Nice airport by car.
