COCON AP4446 By Riviera Holiday Homes is a superb fully renovated and air-conditioned apartment, located at the entrance of the old town of Villefranche sur mer and opening onto its loggia in absolute tranquillity. Immediately close to shops and the beach, it is ideal for all types of stay.



The accommodation is composed as follows:Open entrance to the air-conditioned living room consisting of a comfortable sofa bed, coffee tables, TV, audio system and internet connection. The living room also offers a dining table with 4 seats and opens onto the loggia.



The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, cooking plates, extractor hood, dishwasher and washing machine as well as a coffee maker and everything necessary for cooking and eating.The master bedroom offers a double bed, a large wardrobe and a dressing room. Window opening to the outside.

The bathroom accessible from the bedroom has a shower, a washbasin and storage. Independent toilets, located in the apartment, on the loggia (closed balcony).



The loggia overlooking an environment of absolute calm and greenery has a table allowing relaxation in the sun in the afternoon (west-facing). All household linen (sheets-towels) are provided.
