The apartment, located on the ground floor, completes the villa with its own living room and kitchen. It can operate independently.

It includes:

• Bedroom 5: two 90 cm single beds, shower room with toilet.

Outside, the flat garden becomes a true living space. Children can play easily, adults can relax around the pool, and everyone can enjoy a pleasant environment throughout the day. The 10 x 4 m swimming pool, bordered by sun loungers, naturally becomes the gathering point on sunny afternoons.
