The property is about 15-20 minutes away by walk from North Elizabeth station. The train ride is about 30 minutes to NY Penn Station.»

«The purpose of our visit was to move my niece into her NYU dorm. The location of the property to the campus was great, and it was very quiet. The kitchen and livingroom area is as pictured, but the rooms could use ceiling fans because the rooms were humid. Also, the bedding could be updated to give that 5-Star hotel stay feeling. Lovely kitchen for meal prep, dinning room (with fish tank!), large living room for movie watching, and three bedrooms. «This property has a spacious and well maintained backyard. The firepit was surrounded by comfortable patio couches. The interior was spacious for the 6 of us staying here. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need to cook/clean. Location is super close to Manhattan and it was quiet surrounding the house. She was very personable and we enjoyed talking with her. The neighborhood has lots of cute shops and places to eat. Everything is very close by.»

«We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us since we have family nearby. The first floor worked well…the kitchen is up to date and functional. The second floor bed set up wasn’t ideal - the double bed should be set up better to have 3 functional bedrooms. «It was great! The fridge was not perfectly cleaned but it’s okay. It wasn’t too bad. I just wished it was stocked with cleaning supplies and/or a mop because I like tidying up before leaving a vacay rental. The living room remote was missing but we figured out how to control the TV from our phones using the WiFi. There were no major issues! I might stay there again!»
