«Everything was nice, orderly, and clean. It was great having access to a washer and dryer, especially with kids. The shower head and water pressure were fantastic, which is nice after long days of walking. Even though we never met the host they were very nice and communicated with us quickly if we had any questions, especially when trying to figure out how to get to and from NYC and NJ. «I only gave one star because there was no other option.The house was as advertised on the site. The first thing that hit us was the strong smell of cigarette, my husband who has bad allergies went outside of the property to get fresh air. In less than one hour we left the property and lost all of the money we paid to stay there. I reached out to the host and he did and was responding to me immediately. He denied that the place smelled like cigarettes smoke. We paid more than 800 dollars and lost ...

«The home and furnishings were nicely done and comfortable. Beachy theme but not tacky. We were there around Christmas and the owner even had pretty Christmas decorations out. There were 5 of us there for our grandsons graduation from the Coast Guard and it worked well for 3 adults and two kids.»

«Our stay at Joan’s place was amazing! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day trip. There was AC in every room that kept us cool in the August heat. She was extremely responsive and accommodating, and quick to answer any question we had. It was a short walk to the Delaware bay to relax on the beach and watch the beautiful sunset.
