«There trying to remodel,had new floors, freash paint on the walls, few towels, no place to hang clothes, no coffee, no lamps, furniture almost nonexistent, no trash can, big trash dumpster right outside, killed 2 roaches in the room and several flys.»

«Great location very modernized space parking could be a challenge although I now understand that there’s longer-term options in the parking garage is available other than the two hour parking. However, being busy while living there only paid 50 for parking for three days. Will definitely stay there again.»

«Great stay. Apartment location was perfect. Very walkable. We chose to park in the 4th Street parking garage which felt safe and was an easy walk and was less costly then metered street parking. We did have some trouble finding the entrance to the building but Oscar was responsive and helpful. What I wasn't expecting was 40 steep stairs to get up to the apartment. This would have been nice to know from the listing as we were traveling with 3 small children (for the crayola experience) ...

We had great communication with Vanessa and appreciate that the house is pet friendly because our two dogs travel with us.
