The space
First floor has an open floor concept - large living/dining area with kitchen with expansive lake views. Half bath is also situated on the first floor.

Second floor has 4 bedrooms - main bedroom is pretty large with king size bed, desk/seating area, massive bathroom, walk-in closet, and balcony. Three other bedrooms share a gorgeous full bath on
this floor.

There is unfinished ground floor/basement and attic that are not available for use.
Boathouse is part of the property and it has a one bedroom apartment above that might be occupied during your stay. The boathouse ground floor stores all kinds of lake toys that are available for use - kayaks, paddle boards, floats, water mat, fishing poles, and such. (Sorry our jet boat is not available for use ).

Guest access
First and second floor - NOT INCLUDING BASEMENT UNIT - yard, dock.

Other things to note
Dock and all the water toys (kayaks, paddle board, water mat, floats, fishing poles, are shared with the Boathouse guests.

Life jackets available at the boathouse - please use all the toys responsibly.

Parking in front fits 2 regular size cars.

Be aware of the stairs - there are around 30 steps to the main house and additional 30 to the dock.

Additional rules
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE BUT 307 OR PUBLIC PARKING - Will be provided ahead of check-in.

PLEASE DO NOT PULL IN FRONT OF 305 GARAGE.

WE DO NOT HAVE A DRIVEWAY - IF YOU USE OUR NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY - ITS CONSIDERED TRESPASSING.

NO MORE THAN 2 CARS PER BOOKING.
