This place has a beautiful wrap around balcony. With the location being on the 15th foot, you can see a wide range of Myrtle beach. However, I did have a few issues. The bathtub was broken so I could not give my daughter a bath. This was not a huge deal due to the shower being functional. The 2nd day of our visit, we had multiple people wanting to come into the unit. One man said he wanted to check for bugs. We did not allow him inside. The maintenance man came directly into our unit and did not knock. I was in the shower and my husband found the man in the unit trying to get into the bathroom. He said he was told that no one was renting the unit and he was trying to fix the bathtub. My husband told him I was in the shower and to come back later. The man insisted he had to look at it today. I rushed out of the shower and went into the bedroom to get ready. The man spent 30 seconds looking at the broken knob and said he would need to call a plumber. He then said he needed to go into the bedroom to fix a broken mirror. There was no broken mirror in the bedroom. We did not allow him. My husband asked him to leave. The man left and said he would come back on Sunday once we left. There isn’t a direct person to contact for their property if issues arise. You have to call a call center and talk to a random person that has to research your unit. There is noting supplied at the unit. You will need to bring paper towels, toilet paper, soap, a bath mat, dish soap, a sponge, and all linens including a bath Mat. The parking garage is very small. I would recommend not driving a large vehicle.
