We were 10 people, 4 kids; 3 girls aged 10 sleeping together in one king size bed and our 8 year old boy alone on the sleeping couch just outside the bedrooms. Each adult couple had a comfortable large bed. Easy to regulate the temperature in each bedroom. All facilities worked without problems the whole week. The location is super convenient for going on day trips - there is a bus stop 2 mins from the house or you can take an Uber to the Cannes station. She and her husband make a fantastic management team, quick to answer and flexible and the villa itself is well equipped, clean, and spacious with a lovely garden. «The villa was well appointed and the interior was as listed. The exterior of the villa was a little tired and untidy in some areas. The property would benefit from some relatively minor exterior works and refurbishment. The pool was very good and the provision of sports equipment was excellent.
