The house is a beautiful XIXth century building that has been recently renovated, joining a traditional feel to the comforts of modernity. It features a good wifi connection and a private underground parking at 300 m.



The villa has 3 separate bedrooms: one with a king size bed, one with two twin beds and a smaller one with a single bed. There is also a living room with a sofa that could host two additional people and features a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an oven and is adjacent to a dining area. A separate studio, that could host 3 persons, with a king size bed and a sofa, can be connected to the house if needed. Children are welcome, but they need to be supervised. There is a small swimming pool and a relaxing garden. The villa offers a barbecue.



Notre Dame d'Esperance Church is 500 metres from Villa Cannes Cote Sud. The nearest airport is Côte d'Azur Airport, 20 km from the property. Free street parking is available on site.
