«Parking is a bit scarce and you have to read signs carefully. Walls are a bit thin in between each apartment so you can hear the neighbors. But Beautiful church in front. Overall a great place. Ample space and super clean. I would recommend to my friends and family and come back myself.»

«It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all.»

«The property was double-booked. I didn't even know that was possible.
When we arrived at the property, it was 10:30 pm and I'd just driven 7 hours with my two kids. The provided door code didn't work, someone that lives in the building finally let us in after 20 minutes of attempts and multiple unanswered calls to the host... we went upstairs where the second door code failed, only to learn upon knocking, that there was already someone in our unit!
