«It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all.»

«We walked in, a huge dead roach is on the floor, there was absolutely no cleaning done to this place. Living room tv is not working, I wanted to make coffee this morning thanks for the coffee maker and the coffee by the way, but there’s no mugs to pour the coffee into so I have to drink my coffee out of a bowl like a dog.
