«Overall, the townhouse was nice, clean and served our family of 7 well. However, make sure you have 2 separate codes to enter the building BEFORE heading out on your trip. You will need a 6 digit code for the main outside door. You will then need a second 4 digit code for your actual room door. We did not receive the email with the outdoor code prior to arriving so we sat in our car for an extended period of time waiting on that code. The owner provided proof that he did indeed send both codes ...

«The apartment was super-clean, with a comfortable bed and the sheets smelled so fresh. Checking in was easy. Alonzo was always available to answer questions; he got back to us almost immediately with answers to our questions. Good location, a short walk to Newark Penn Station. A quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby, as well as a Whole Foods and wine store adjacent to Whole Foods. A good experience and we look forward to our next visit!»

«I was extremely happy with this find. It was in Newark, but just an hour bus ride to Manhattan (I hear its quicker by train) Everything worked out. The stairs to the attic apartment were a bit steep and tiny but serviceable. The apartment was large. King bedroom living room full kitchen bathroom and shower. Even a pullout couch in living room. Plenty of closet space.»

«Beautiful apartment. Came with absolutely everything we needed. Host was very responsive to questions. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The free parking spot was nice for our rental car. The complex is located on a very busy street by the highway, so lots of noise and honking in the evening. But that’s just jersey. Just something to be aware of. I brought earplugs and a white noise machine and it did not bother me much. Would definitely stay again. »

«The apartment was ok nothing to write home about. There were only 3 chair at the dining room table. No bowls or teaspoons in the cupboards, very little dishes. No curtains on the bedroom windows and broken blinds. The neighborhood was a little undesirable. There’s a liquor store on the corner two doors down that was a gathering point for people late into the night. »
